This team supports a variety of initiatives rooted in Lean principals with our core mission being to provide dedicated support of xxx to frontline coworkers, ensuring that those closest to our customers are both supported and empowered to drive continuous improvement. Goals for the team are: Position Summary: We are looking for motivated, self-driven individuals who enjoy a hands-on, in-person approach to change management through role modeling with an ability to influence change and strong organizational skills.
