Pharmacy Technician or Sr Tech - League City Ambulatory Pharmacy (up to 19 hrs/wk) - ( 2602837 ) Description This is an open-pooled position. Applicants' education/experience will be considered and the position may be filled at a lower or higher level, as appropriate. WORK SCHEDULE: Up to 19.99 hours per week with no benefits. Must have flexibility to work between the hours of 7:45 am and 6:15 pm, Monday through Friday, and potentially Saturdays Pharmacy Technologist: Minimum Qualifications: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Required: High school diploma or equivalent Required: - Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) - OR - Registered as a Pharmacist Intern with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2 or more years of retail pharmacy experience preferred JOB DESCRIPTION: The Pharmacy Technologist assists Pharmacists in providing drug distribution, technical services, and clinical services associated with the preparation, storage and dispensing of pharmaceuticals.
