The role We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Production Supervisor to lead our efforts in manufacturing operations and team performance. This role is responsible for supervising departmental employees, driving productivity and quality results, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is an innovative, data‑driven leader with a passion for people development, operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. This position is based on‑site at our Chicago, IL facility and reports to the Operations Manager as part of the Operations team.
