Join Our Team as a SEE First Nations Female Mentor at Saltbush! Saltbush is looking for a compassionate and culturally aware First Nations Female Mentor to join our team in Darwin. The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) First Nations Program is structured into male and female cohorts, each supported by dedicated Art Tutors and Mentors. An experienced Trainer works across both groups, guiding participants through their educational and artistic development. This holistic approach fosters a culturally safe and supportive learning environment that builds confidence, communication, and digital literacy skills, all while completing accredited training. Position Details: This position is identified for an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person and is intended to constitute a special measure under section 8 (1) of the Racial Discrimination Act 1975 (Cth), and section 57 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1996 (NT).
