Essential Job Functions: - Maintain HRIS records, perform data entry, and compile reports from the system for analysis, compliance, or upon request - Administer workers’ compensation claims: investigate new claims, ensure compliance with laws and policies, manage medical providers, case managers, and adjusters, authorize medical treatment, and facilitate communication between injured workers, HR, and supervisors - Administer FMLA leaves, including tracking, documentation, and compliance with federal and state regulations - Support ADA accommodations by coordinating interactive processes, reasonable accommodations, and related documentation Revised on: May 6, 2026: - Answer phone calls for general employment inquiries and basic employee questions on benefits, policies, procedures, and other HR matters - Process new hire paperwork and background checks - Prepare offer letters and termination letters - Work closely with managers and payroll department on matters of employee pay (incorrect payments, contractual increases, etc.) - Serve as initial point of contact for employee relations matters - Provide administrative support to the HR function through record keeping, file maintenance,...
