Senior Technical Program Manager, NPI System Software

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in software engineering as a developer or development manager, with knowledge of software development processes, tools, software test/qualification, release methodologies. - Knowledge/experience with NPI development, firmware, driving software quality and process transformation. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Excellent program management skills, with the ability to drive and land software programs. - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
