THE JOB: The Crew Chief is responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance activities on dedicated aircraft to ensure they meet or exceed FAA, manufacturer, and company standards. This role schedules and oversees in-house and off-site maintenance, manages parts and technical documentation, and ensures aircraft are clean, properly positioned, and fully operational to support flight schedules. Serving as a key liaison between maintenance, operations, and external vendors, the Crew Chief ensures work is completed safely, accurately, and on time while leveraging Safety Management System practices to mitigate risk.
