As part of the Business Planning department, you will join a team that connects people, data, and visions to tackle complex challenges with foresight and precision. Your Responsibilities: As a Factory Planning Engineer, you will help shape the future of the entire ASML Berlin site with foresight and a pragmatic approach. You will combine technical know‑how of equipment, processes, and space requirements with project management skills and take responsibility for facility and space planning. Your interfaces include Operations, Engineering, and Corporate Real Estate. Your mission: to optimally design manufacturing and laboratory areas.
