Your area of work: We are looking for a motivated specialist to join our People Analytics team in Prague. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to both advancing our People Analytics function and also closely support the Learning Experience team. You will play a crucial role in using data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and shape our global learning strategy, helping us transform into a learning organization that fosters a culture of continuous development. Your responsibilities: - Produce HR reports, analyses, and dashboards for management and other stakeholders to provide insights and support strategic business decisions. - Use a data-driven approach to analyze learning needs and skill gaps, - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of learning as well as wider HR offerings and support their continuous improvement. - Support the implementation of new self-service dashboards and reporting solutions, enhancing our People Analytics offerings in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud. - Manage and document training activities in our Learning Management System (SuccessFactors Learning).
