Description ABOUT THE POSITION & ITS IMPACT: This is not a traditional Medical Director role. This is for a physician who believes that presence matters as much as protocol. At Milestones, our clients are navigating profound trauma, complexity, and vulnerability. The Medical Director is not just overseeing care. They are woven into the therapeutic experience, partnering closely with clinicians, guiding nuanced medical decisions, and helping shape a treatment environment where clients feel deeply seen, safe, and supported. As our Fractional Medical Director, you will bring high-level psychiatric and medical expertise into a high-touch, highly relational treatment model, working 10–15 hours per week in close collaboration with our clinical and therapeutic teams.
