About the role The Finance Director plays a central role in managing the financial, tax, legal and corporate secretarial affairs of DP World’s global business units and joint ventures held through the Netherlands. Reporting to the Vice President Group Tax, this position provides strategic guidance, ensures high‑quality financial reporting, and safeguards compliance across a broad international portfolio. The role requires independent decision‑making, strong cross‑regional collaboration and the ability to operate confidently in a multicultural, senior‑level environment. How you will contribute Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for global business units and joint ventures held through the Netherlands. Interpret financial and legal matters raised by regional teams across the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and Australia. Serve as the Dutch‑resident Statutory Director for approximately 25–30 entities, ensuring full governance and compliance.
