About the Role Following the successful opening of Terminals B and C, LaGuardia Airport is entering the next critical phase of its redevelopment focused on the replacement of the existing Terminal A and preservation and integration of the historic Marine Air Terminal (MAT), collectively referred to as the Terminal A Program. The Program Manager supports the delivery of the Terminal A and MAT Program by managing assigned projects, workstreams and interfaces in alignment with Capital Plan objectives including established governance, controls, and reporting requirements. This role is accountable for the delivery performance of assigned projects and executing approved program strategies and integration requirements established by the Program Director. Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Manager is responsible for day-to-day execution of defined scope elements, coordination across stakeholders, and implementation of approved program strategies. The Program Manager ensures that scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality objectives are met for assigned workstreams while supporting overall program integration.
