The Opportunity: Avantor is seeking a Business Process Improvement Manager to focus on analyzing and optimizing the company’s operations to enhance efficiency and productivity. Involves methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve, and optimize business strategy and processes. This is a full-time position located at our Paris, KY office. What we’re looking for: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or related area. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years related experience. Additional Qualifications: - Strong analytical skills and the ability to dissect a problem into manageable components, develop recommendations, implement solutions. - Has expertise in the areas of: 5S, SMED, TPM, VSM, PDCA or equivalent, A3 Problem Solving, Visual Factory. - Knowledge of inventory management solutions. - Strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation skills to all levels of an organization). - Intermediate project management skills (ability and experience managing 10-15 projects at a time). - The ability to work within a team environment and clearly communicate individual objectives. - Microsoft Office Software – intermediate to advanced skill level (Power Point, Excel, Visio...
