Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager 2 to oversee third‑shift operations at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas . This leader will manage the 10:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. shift, Sunday through Thursday, ensuring consistent service quality, regulatory compliance, and effective supervision of overnight EVS teams. UTMB Health spans four campuses with more than 800 licensed beds and includes a Level I Trauma Center, Blocker Burn Unit, Level IV NICU, pediatric specialty services, transplant programs, a certified comprehensive stroke center, TDCJ hospital services, and Magnet‑recognized nursing care. The ideal candidate will bring hospital‑based Environmental Services management experience, with a strong background in patient room cleaning, Operating Room and Labor & Delivery support, floorcare programs, and customer service.
