We have an opportunity for a Senior Registered Nurse to join their team of staff in the Wards department. This vacancy would suit an experienced staff nurse or junior sister/charge nurse. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. Working a varied shift pattern across the week, you will be accountable for the safety, quality and flow of the ward while promoting team wellbeing and high standards of care. You will need to proactively collaborate with the Ward Sister and Manager to develop and improve patient services and experience. Currently we care for a mix of NHS and private patients undergoing a variety of orthopaedic, general, gynaecology and other elective surgeries.
