HR & People Operations Lead

To support that growth sustainably, we’re looking for a passionate HR & People Operations Lead to build and scale HR systems, drive talent initiatives, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. The Role: - Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies - Develop people operations policies, handbooks, performance management systems - Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR compliance - Promote employee engagement, training, development, and wellness programs - Oversee HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making - Serve as trusted HR business partner to leadership and teams - Ensure legal compliance and audit readiness (labor laws, OSHA, EEO) Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 5+ years of progressive HR experience (startup or engineering environment preferred) - Hands-on experience with recruiting, performance management, compensation - Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices - Experience implementing HR systems (HRIS, ATS) - Excellent verbal and written communication skill...
