Human Resources Function Specialist, Lead The Opportunity: Partner with leaders to guide and support employee performance, behavior, workplace conflict, and risk management. Work in partnership with business leaders to comprehend team and individual performance or behavior concerns, recommend strategies to improve performance or address behavioral issues, follow up for successful completion, and monitor for improvement. Identify, resolve, and escalate barriers and risks in a timely manner, and serve as a champion of change to drive adoption of innovative approaches, programs, and technologies. Contribute to the strategic direction, formulation, and implementation of Human Resources ( HR ) operations, and drive process optimization and positive employee experience . Evaluate the employee environment using data and insights to identify gaps and drive opportunities for improvement. E nga ge partners across Security Services, Legal, Ethics, Compliance, and Investigations as needed to assess risk and finalize employee disciplinary actions or terminations as needed.
