We are seeking a driven candidate with 3+ years of experience in shopping center leasing who can work strategically and collaboratively with our Leasing team and tenants across our national portfolio. The ideal candidate will be proactive, willing to go the extra mile, and have a strong passion for sales and deal-making. In This Role, You Will: - Lease available space within the Cafaro portfolio, managing leasing efforts for assigned properties. - Independently manage the leasing process from prospecting to lease execution. - Proactively canvass markets to attract new national, regional, and local retailers and restaurants. - Prepares analysis for new developments, redevelopment and tenant specific opportunities.
