Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort Position Description POSITION TITLE: Bell Captain: DIVISION: Hotel: DEPARTMENT: Hotel Front Service, Hotel Tower IV Front Services, Parking/Valet GRADE/FLSA STATUS: H9—Non-Exempt: BADGE TYPE/COLOR: Work Permit--Peach: REPORTS TO: Supervisor, Front Service; Supervisor, Transportation JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the dispersion of bell attendants and the day-to-day operation of the bell station. JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain proper Bell Staff rotation and accurately record services performed Act as a lobby ambassador, both greeting and directing guests Respond to guest service requests: Utilize LMS to verify inventory and locate guests Ensure all Harrah’s Brand Service standards are met for Bell Service Act as a role model to their staff Investigate and coordinate the recovery of lost, misplaced, or damaged luggage claims.
