CAMP DATES: Camp Cure: June 8 - 12, 2026 DMG Camp: June 15 - 19 & June 22 - 26, 2026 Camp Eagle's Nest: July 18 - 22, 2026 (overnight camp) JOB DESCRIPTION: A small group leader will assist campers with medical and/or special needs while facilitating camp participation including mobility assistance, self-care, communication, and group safety. Oversees and directs a group of approximately 10-12 campers during organized group activities and transitions. Group leaders may coordinate with other staff members to assist in implementing camp rules and guidelines. Leaders will communicate with counselors, staff, and parents regarding daily camper experience with the assistance and input of campers’ individual counselors. BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB: A small group leader will provide leadership and guidance to promote a fun, safe, and engaging camp environment while promoting camper participation and maintaining group schedules.
