Position Title: Systems & Infrastructure Engineer III Department: Information Systems Job Description: The Systems & Infrastructure Engineer III is a subject matter expert who leads implementations of the datacenter, server and storage environments for all centralized and/or facility equipment, and provides operational and engineering support, including image archive and disaster recovery. The senior system engineer designs, documents, and implements server, desktop, storage, and other datacenter technologies and processes and ensures division and facility-based systems adhere to security, user access and configuration policies. This position works very closely with other corporate, division and facility technical personnel to coordinate the implementation and ongoing support of systems physically hosted at the division data center and facility locations. The Systems Engineer, Infrastructure III also provides support for problem management escalations which cannot be resolved by the service desk or other technical analysts.
