About JETSET Pilates JETSET is a modern, music-driven Pilates concept designed to deliver transformational workouts in a high-energy environment. As we expand into new markets, we’re seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to lead presales efforts and drive revenue ahead of our studio openings. Role Overview: The Sales Manager is a remote, sales-focused role responsible for driving membership revenue prior to each studio opening as well as post opening. This person owns the full lead pipeline—from first touch to conversion—and is accountable for hitting presales targets through consistent outreach, follow-up, and strong sales execution and maintaining that standard once the location opens. Key Responsibilities: - Own Presales Revenue: Execute the presales strategy and hit membership targets ahead of opening - Lead Management & Conversion: Manage all inbound and outbound leads, driving consistent follow-up to convert prospects into founding members - Sales Execution: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to engage and close prospective clients - Pipeline Management: Track all leads, activity, and sales performance within AXLE CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed...
