As: a Support Worker, your day is guided entirely by the person you are supporting. We empower our customers to live how they choose and remain as involved as they wish in directing their own support. What: You’ll Be Doing You: will work within a dedicated neighbourhood team to help customers build independence and confidence in their daily lives. This includes: Community Access: Supporting customers to explore local events and join clubs or social groups. Life Skills: Teaching customers how to navigate public transport or manage daily tasks. Health & Wellbeing: Accompanying customers to the gym or helping them stay active. Social Connection: Assisting customers in making and keeping friends and staying involved in activities they love.
