POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager, Molding, the Packer Supervisor’s responsibility is to provide the leadership and co-ordination of all shop-floor functions and activities for packers to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost targets and to foster a working environment that is fair, equitable and driven to continuously improve.
