Delivers patient care in a manner that is appropriate to patient age, physical ability, and intellectual development. Interacts with all types of patients, volunteers, and coworkers in a pleasant, efficient and cooperative manner. Monitors patients for unexpected reactions and responds to emergency situations as required. Provides and receives constructive feedback from laboratory leadership members. Works collaboratively with laboratory and hospital staff to provide efficient and timely collection and transport of samples.
