The primary role of a Warehouse Superintendent is to oversee the day-to-day operation of a Parts Distribution Center. Superintendent is expected to work closely with Plant Manager to ensure the following. Safety First : Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance Driving Operational Excellence : Lead and direct a team of employees that consistently makes high-quality products and meets or exceeds production targets. You will take ownership of team performance, addressing shortcomings proactively and celebrating successes.
