Role, Function & Organization The Administrative Assistant provides customer service and administrative support to the company through a variety of tasks such as meeting coordination, maintaining records, assisting field personnel, and phone coverage. This role is essential in supporting different processes and managers within the branch to reach and exceed company goals. This role works collaboratively with office personnel and contributes to overall organizational success through strong service, communication, and follow-through.
