Starting Pay: $20.58 per hour, depending on qualifications Schedule: TBD As a Medical Assistant, you will be playing a crucial role in patient care, allowing you to directly interact with patients and contribute to their overall well-being. Essential Job Functions: - Gathers necessary vital signs from patients and completes the office visit form for the physician's review and the patient's file - Correctly collects, prepares, and sends laboratory specimens for routine tests and records results under the direct supervision of the provider - Administers selected medication and treatments to patients as ordered, including injections and immunizations and instruct patients on proper follow-up procedures under the supervision of the provider - Maintains the supply of stock in exam rooms and lab areas and documents usage, so supplies may be replenished - Sets up and cleans medical equipment and keeps red bags emptied and prepared for pickup - Provides a high level of customer service to both our patients and co-workers Minimum Education and Experience: If app...
