Manufacturing Quality Engineer, Global Hardware Quality and Reliability

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, industrial, materials, or a related engineering field. - 5 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing or Product Engineering of cloud hardware technology or electronic hardware systems. - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials or other relevant engineering field. - Certified Reliability/Quality Engineer (CRE/CQE) certification or equivalent experience. - Experience with advanced statistical (or statistics based) methodologies (e.g., design of experiments, statistical process controls, six sigma etc.). - Experience with manufacturing and field issue debug, root cause analysis and corrective actions and in manufacturing ESD and auditing. - Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams using a practical and solution-oriented approach.
