ABOUT THE ROLE: The University Relations Recruiting Specialist provides operational support for Fifth Third Bank’s early-career recruiting program. This role supports the planning and execution of university recruiting activities and candidate coordination to help deliver a positive, consistent candidate experience. The University Relations Recruiting Specialist typically partners with recruiters, hiring leaders, and university contacts to lead event logistics, screen and communicate with candidates, manage candidate workflows, and maintain accurate recruiting data and documentation.
