Job Description: Uchiko Denver (coming soon!) is accepting resumes for Sushi Chefs ! Located in Cherry Creek, orientation is slated to begin in January 2026 with a planned opening date in February 2026! Sushi Chefs can expect the following in estimated compensation during and after training at Uchi Denver : - This role will become eligible for tips upon completion of training and once Uchiko Cherry Creek opens to guests. - After completion of training and opening of Uchiko Cherry Creek, Sushi Chefs are estimated to earn average daily tips of $50-$200, depending on volume. - The estimated total average hourly compensation for Sushi Chefs (base hourly pay of $16.27 + tips) is $28-$48/hour ***These are estimates and actual tips may vary.
