This role requires strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and effective coordination with inside sales, warehouse, and freight teams. The Shipping Manager plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting overall branch operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead daily shipping operations, including order pulling, staging, packaging, labeling, and loading. Coordinate shipments through company trucks, LTL carriers, and third-party freight partners to ensure timely delivery. Verify that all outbound paperwork—including Bills of Lading, packing slips, and manifests—is complete and accurate.
