Position Summary The Direct Support Professional Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to serve as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role plays a critical part in ensuring that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities receive quality care and support by maintaining a strong pipeline of compassionate, reliable, and skilled staff. The recruiter partners closely with hiring managers, program directors, and HR to meet staffing needs and build a workforce aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top candidates for DSP roles. - Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, community events, job fairs, schools, and local organizations. - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offers. - Build and maintain relationships with community partners, workforce development agencies, and educational institutions to create a steady talent pipeline. - Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and organizational hiring policies and procedu...
