Job description
To support the Head of Learning & Development in delivering an effective, business‑aligned L&D strategy. This role provides a proactive, inclusive and professional service to colleagues across the firm - advising managers and employees on learning solutions that build capability, enhance performance and contribute to organisational goals. Key Responsibilities: Learning Needs & Planning: - Partner with the business, HR team and Head of L&D to understand learning needs and shape annual learning plans. - Conduct Training Needs Analyses using appraisal insights and recommend appropriate learning and development interventions. - Support the delivery of the annual L&D plan, including classroom programmes, digital learning and development initiatives. Learning Management & Administration: - Support the effective management of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records, smooth workshop coordination and a positive learner experience. - Liaise with external training partners and professional bodies to coordinate courses, qualifications and exam bookings. - Work with the Finance team to ensure timely invoice processing and alignment with the L&D budget.
