About The Role DP World looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Transport Coordinator to play a key role in our UK Transport Department (Freight Forwarding). In this operational role, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to ensure transport requirements are met efficiently and cost-effectively. You’ll support the development of the department, liaise with suppliers, and help deliver seamless logistics solutions that meet both customer expectations and commercial goals. NOTE: This role is based in our Manchester office and is an onsite Monday – Friday position. How will you contribute: Coordinate and book transport with haulage partners in line with customer requirements and service expectations. Perform daily checks to ensure all transport operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Monitor delivery performance and proactively address any delays or service issues. Communicate delivery updates to customers, providing timely information and managing expectations.
