Job description

The Government Services and Solutions Business Area within the Health and Services Sector of Leidos has an opening for a Capture Manager responsible for securing existing and new business opportunities in the Health and Services Sector for HHS (FDA, CDC, CMS, NIH, etc.,), VA, State Medicaid customers. This role requires an ethical approach to winning, demonstrated successful capture experience within Health IT market space, comprehensive business acumen, technical execution experience, resourceful PM skills to manage and close captures, and internal/external customer relations-oriented individual. The position will report to the Director of Capture Management for the Government Services and Solutions Business Area. The successful candidate assumes responsibility for developing and executing the overall capture strategy associated with an approved pursuit. Duties include collaborating with the business leads to orchestrate all aspects of the bid strategy including cost/price strategy and position to win, providing oversight of the development all proposal volumes, create capture teams, oversee proposal development and foster a culture of winning ethically.
