Job Summary: The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high‑performing inside sales team to drive revenue growth, pipeline creation, and customer engagement. This role blends people leadership with commercial ownership, ensuring the team delivers consistent results while maintaining a strong customer‑first approach.
