Job Description As the Senior Director of Engineering for QC Growth , you will be the visionary leader behind the engines that power our global Q-Commerce ambition. You aren’t just managing code; you are overseeing a massive, distributed ecosystem—from global content and catalog systems as well as promo tool to high-concurrency graph API services to cutting-edge AI data products. Leading an organization of 100+ engineers across multiple tribes and domains, you will bridge the gap between complex distributed systems and world-class customer experiences. Your goal is to simplify the complex, scale the successful, and mentor the next generation of technical leaders in the heart of Berlin. Furthermore, you will closely work and collaborate with our various brands around the world, to build an optimized solution for their needs while driving for alignment to reduce overall complexity.
