Accounting Compliance Manager

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 8 years with with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance. - 5 years of experience with Blackline, Trintech, Oracle ARM or other balance sheet reconciliation systems as a business administrator. - Experience with US GAAP and SOX compliance, including financial close and risk management. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with business applications and tools, such as operating systems, spreadsheets, SQL. - Working knowledge in finance systems, such as SAP or Oracle and account reconciliation tools. - Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to support complex operational initiatives. - Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams. - Ability to own projects and lead others (direct or indirect) to meet deadlines while maintaining quality of the work. - Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work with minimal guidance and in a team environment.
