You observe patients for any movements or behaviors that might require help, such as trying to get out of bed or showing signs of distress. When something concerning happens, you follow the set guidelines and immediately contact the nursing staff. Your main responsibility is to ensure patients are safe by watching them continuously and communicating any concerns right away. Shifts: 7:00pm-7:30am and 11:30pm-7:30am. Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation. Summary: The Monitor Tech provides support services.
