Role Media Tech Support L25 resource Work Mode Remote: Location Costa Rica / Mexico / Brazil Definition: This position has the responsibility of supporting file based workflows within the Paramount Media Technology division Daily work obligations include responding to support requests collaborating with engineering on resolution validating solutions updating documentation There is an expectation that team members are very self sufficient when engaged in assignments representing the company by themselves or asking engineering for input always ensuring customer satisfaction through high quality work and outstanding client care Strong experience in a multidisciplined team is critical as is the ability to clearly communicate complex technology solutions Major Responsibilities: Interface with internal support team or users on issues raised to Media Technology Collaborate with internal or external teams to identify address potential issues with transcoding auto QC or content delivery Maintain knowledge of cloud compute software and network within environment Maintain internal documentation regarding system information escalation paths create runbook for issues that have had RCA Engage di...
