Position Summary: Responsible for washing silverware, dishes, cooking utensils/appliances and cleaning kitchen and dining area. Operates the dishwasher, sweeps and mops floors, maintains food storage areas and refrigerator/freezer in a clean and orderly manner. Returns clean dishes and utensils to proper storage area. Job Description: Dish Area Responsibilities -Operates and maintains dishwasher -Responsible for daily chemical level testing and recording of water temperature -Responsible for maintaining adequate level of dishwashing chemicals and equipment (i.e., mop head, broom) -Removes trash from kitchen area to dumpster in a timely fashion and maintains trash area in a sanitary manner -Maintains adequate inventory of clean dishes and utensils for meals -Returns clean dishes and utensils to proper storage areas -Assures that safety and sanitation regulations are followed at all times -Maintains dishwashing area in a clean and ord...
