Job description

As a Barback, you will be the backbone of our beverage operations. This entry-level role is crucial for keeping our bars running smoothly by ensuring they are fully stocked with all forms of beverages, glassware, and other essential supplies. You will be a vital support to the bartending team, focusing on cleanliness, organization, and efficiency, all while upholding a fun and safe environment for our guests and team members. Stock all forms of beer, wine, liquor, juice, non-alcoholic mixers, and other supplies for beverage venues and storage areas. Ensure perishable supplies are dated and maintained for freshness. Sweep and mop all floors daily, pull trash throughout the shift, and clean trash cans. Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas. Ensure all soaps, sanitizers, paper towels, and other essentials are well-stocked. Clean, wash, and stock all glassware and bar supplies. Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six"). High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
