MAIN OBJECTIVE: Lead and oversee all shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions to ensure accurate, timely, and quality-driven flow of materials and finished goods. This role supports production efficiency and customer satisfaction by maintaining optimal inventory levels, ensuring shipment integrity, and driving continuous improvement across logistics operations. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Shipping & Receiving Operations: Oversee daily shipping and receiving activities including order fulfillment, material intake, packaging, crating, and outbound logistics to meet production schedules and customer delivery expectations.
