Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design, configure, manage, and troubleshoot the Telecom/Collaboration architecture. - Develop the requirements to resolve or address current deficiencies in the infrastructure due to the changing demands of the current environment. - Perform aspects of project management and communicate project statuses to project stakeholders. - Work on installation and configuration of new devices, submitting ECRs to request IPs, ports, VMs when necessary. - Work with Data Center POCs to secure rack, power, and connectivity. - Develop required specifications to submit solutions for simple, moderate, and complex problems. - Coordinate with the Vendor PM, COTRs, and government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters. - Provide engineering support for the design, configuration, installation, and sustainment of VTC, SV, and IPTV/Digital Signage software and hardware infrastructures. - Develop engineering plans for integration, reconfiguration, staging, and installation of VOC and COOP equipment. - Coordinate with DLA COMSEC personnel for secure device management within the secure VTC infrastruct...
