Job Details: External Requirement: 3 months cumulative work history. Operator experience preferred. Rehire Consideration: Max of two previous Tyson Employments to be considered and 90 day waiting period. Hours: 6:00 a . m . -2:30 p . m . Monday-Friday Pay: $17.65/hr: SEASONAL POSITION FROM 5/1/2026 THROUGH 9/1/2026: SUMMARY : This position is responsible for outdoor groundskeeping of the farm area. M owing and weed eating: Read water meters: Pick up daily mortality: Check for proper equipment operations: Ensure all equipment is functional: Adhere to all Animal Welfare Standards and biosecurity program regulations QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work and operate equipment safely and effectively Ability to use time wisely while working independently Willingness to function as part of a team and work toward team goals Good observation skills and attention to detail , e ager to learn new ideas Willingness to work overtime and be called into work for emergency situations as required Must be willing to adhere to and support all company policies, programs, guidelines and standards of conduct.
