Job description

Status : Permanent, Full-Time Work schedule : Candidates must be available to work flexible schedules, including day, evening, and night shifts. Place of Work: CRF AgriTech LP’s plant, 263 Edwards St, St Thomas, Ontario. THE CHALLENGES WE PROPOSE: Reporting to the Site Terminal Manager of the location, the main responsibilities of the role are: Control Room Activities: Always maintain physical presence in control room when production is occuring; Utilize checklists to start, monitor, and stop the automated production system; Communicate and direct site team to meet production expectations for each shift; Monitor and troubleshoot process equipment to ensure all parameters are operating within stipulated guidelines: Ø Ensure all conveyors are tracked and performing at optimum capacity; Ø Ensure raw material conveyance system is clear and unimpeded to mitigate against unplanned production interruptions; Ø Monitor overall system performance including scale calibrations; Ø Monitor and interpret computerized/process data; Ø Regularly inspect mixers, table feeders, and scale hoppers to ensure adequate function.
