Job description

Redwood Credit Union is looking for an IT Specialist III, who will be the technical lead that ensures the confidentiality, availability and integrity of computing systems within the organization. This is a Certified A+ and MCP professional who provides advanced computer and network operations support and provides second tier support of desktopand network equipment. The specialist provides superior customer service that meets the RCU service standards and values to employees of Redwood Credit Union. The specialist performs and prioritizes the technology support and administration functions necessary to maintain service.
