Position Summary: The Vice President of Wealth Management provides strategic leadership for the credit union’s financial planning, protection, and retirement programs. This role is responsible for developing and executing the program strategy and ensuring high-quality advisory services that meet members’ financial needs. VP oversees financial advisors to drive growth and productivity initiatives, while promoting collaboration and a strong member-focused culture. They also monitor key performance metrics and ensure program profitability.
