The ITM System is our global Lean management framework, guiding how value is created, how teams collaborate, and how results are achieved across the value chain. In this role, you will help shape sustainable and transformational change by strengthening ITM System maturity, advancing process excellence, and driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.
